Best Case for Dorm Room

I currently cannot bring my PC with me because the case that it is currently in is too large and won't fit on top of my desk. My rig is in a Corsair Carbide 400R right now and I'm looking for a case that is smaller, but still full ATX. Do you guys have any recommendations? My price range is under $100.

Why don't you put the tower on the floor?

 

The Riotoro CR1080 I think is one of the smallest ATX cases that's in your budget.

It can't go on the floor because I live in the barracks and I can't have a computer on the floor. 

 

Have you ever tried or know anyone who has tried the case? I've never heard of the company so I'm just curious.

Hardware Canucks did a review on it I think. They said it was fine. It's a budget case, can't really expect great things.

Careful with this case though. It's a great small form factor ATX case (the smallest I know of) but with small size comes huge restrictions. CPU towers can only be 120mm IIRC and GPU "heights" can not be more than normal (you should be fine with a 1060 unless it's like a STRIX card
