Just because they are cute and they get so much love. Yet they contribute to nothing. Nothing can contribute to anything by lying on the ground all day. I am much cuter than dogs but I get 0 love from humans.

Depends on the dog, bomb, sheep drug and other working dogs do alot, also dogs give you affection unlike cats who try and kill you

If you don't think dogs contribute a lot to the lives of their owners then you clearly don't have a dog (or maybe you just hate dogs).

 

If you ever want a friend who will shower you with kindness, loyalty and affection, get a dog.

 

Hitler had a German shepherd named Blondi. There are videos of him and Blondi doing things like playing catch, and she seemed to really like Hitler. She was jumping around, wagging her tail just from being close to him. Dogs don't care how you are as a person. As long as you are kind to them, they will love you.

Dogs are faithful, they will protect you, they can be your best friends, they can have jobs for sniffing bombs, drugs, pests, heck even cancer.

 

Now cats on the other hand, are truly, fucking useless. They do nothing, they can't hold jobs, they hate you except when they don't and the moment you try to reciprocate that love suddenly they don't love you anymore. They sleep like 3/4 of the day, if not the entire day. 

My cat literally sleeps all day, wakes up, eats, goes back to sleep, wakes up, eats again, takes a shit, doesn't bury it so it smell absolutely dreadful in the house, goes back to sleep, repeat.

The only thing cats are good for, is being cute when they are still a kitten and full of curiosity/energy.

Indoor cats aren't about that hunting life. They have no need to hunt, they get food by their human slaves.

You'd need to adopt a cat raised in the wild.(basically a Stray)

I've had 3 indoor cats that were always bringing freshly killed rodents and small birbs.

 

And one of them was fucking fat when he was killing things too.

Actually that really depends on the breed. A working dog (read herding dog really) needs daily exercise to keep it active & not becoming bored & destroying things to relieve its boredom, other dogs don't need anywhere near the amount of attention & are more just an overly friendly cat some times.

 

Re: OP. You seem rather ignorant. Have you ever had a dog as a pet? Do you like animals? Have you a reason to not like dogs, i.e. in been attacked by one or severely traumatised? Because you're very bitter towards an animal for no apparent reason.

 

I've had dogs my entire life, I'm nearing 30 & life without a dog is boring imho. I currently have an Australian Red Kelpie (think the movie Red Dog), she is intelligent, loving & is a literal part of the family. She knows her place & she also loves & respects everyone in our family. She gets along with our cat & keeps those annoying door to door sellers at bay along with any would be thieves (mostly the neighbours) but she is friendly toward everyone she meets especially when out on her daily walk.
