Windows 10 BSOD instantly after BIOS

Oliwiv15

My Windows 10 laptop (Dell XPS 12) keeps blue screening instantly after the BIOS. This laptop has all my school work on it and it started when I attempted to turn it on. I have had numerous problems before with it when it would blue screen every 30 minutes or so. When it crashes it says that there is System_Service_Exception error. I can't even get into any of the troubleshooting stuff or windows safe mode. Please help.

I really hope not. Any chance of a data recovery?

You can take the drive out and plug it in other computer, that way it wont crash since you are not booting off it.

You can test the drive there/ copy the files off.

pull the hard drive out and get the data you want. then try and figure out why it dont work.

First of all, thank you for all your help. Unfortunately the drive I am using is M.2 and I don't have any other device that supports M.2 drives. I have checked the BIOS and it has not gone to ide.

Start with diagnostic tests and go from there.  CPU/RAM/HDD

After you establish the parts are passing tests, you can move into software and OS troubleshooting.
