Why does the i3 6098P exist?

Let's look at few things regarding this CPU and the i3 6100.

The 6098P has: a slower iGPU, slightly lower frequency speed, slightly higher TDP, and the same original MSRP (currently higher price).

 

It would make some sense if it was actually cheaper (especially if it was by a noticeable margin) but it's not. Why does this CPU exist?

6098P supports VT-x with EPT though.

its an OEM chip, they have crazy names, make barely any sense and are not ment to be in anything but the systems they come in

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Those days, these CPUs that end with 'P' are slightly cheaper than the normal ones in where I live (for instance i5 6402P is about $15 cheaper than i5 6400).
