AC 2 or you'd probably be lost playing the others. Brotherhood starts right after the ending of 2.

Do Revelation also starts after the end of Brotherhood?

No, that starts 20 or so years after Brotherhood.

I played all of them, AC2 is by far my favorite from the list. 

The ability to google properly is a skill of its own.

Actually I havent played any AC series. Is there any connection between AC1 and AC2. What if I start with AC2 and don't play AC1?

Only the modern day parts of the game. The story set in the past in both games are only very, very loosely connected.
