CPU USAGE 100% ON IDLE WIN10

Hello folks , so i ran into this problem , i'm getting 100% of cpu usage when doing .. nothing... how can i fix this ? Thanks in advance.

You might have something leaching on your CPU, a parasite of sorts.

Did you try using the computer without internet or searching for viruses/malware?

Do you have MSI software?
Googling "Triggermodemonitor" shows some report it is MSI stuff.

yea i do have msi software , ton of it ," msi app manager / cpuid cpu-z MSI / msi fast boot / msi dpc latency turner / msi command center / msi super charger / msi x boost and so on ... should i delete it all or ?

Yeah or fresh install Windows if you dont have anything important...

planning on getting SSD , then i will re-install windows , i'l try to delete all that crap = ) , will see if that helps ; )

removed everything except msi afterburner , still cpu sits at 100% : (

Close TriggerModeMonitor.exe I don't think you need it

 

Also check it with Malwarebytes - It should be a safe MSI Software but it should not be necessary to run Windows.

btw i'm running i5 8400 with z370 pc pro mobo , i had fx 6300 with m5a97 r2.0 , i did installed fresh windows copy , maybe i should tweak something in bios of my new mobo ?

It looks like only Core #1 is running, so you are getting 1/6 of your CPU's potential. That said, it is only showing 4% Load so I'm not sure why Task Manager is showing 100%

 

In Task Manager go back to  the Performance Tab and right click the chart and select Change Graph to Logical Processors. Is it showing a load on all or just one. Please post image.
