Can't click anything on Windows Desktop?!

Basically my computer froze a couple of times and had BSOD with a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION bulls**t. Now whenever I boot into Windows, I can't click anything.... and I mean ANYTHING. I can't click the taskbar, start menu, icons on the desktop. I have to navigate by using my keyboard. I've tried sfc /scannow and chkdsk /f /r and memory diagnostic, still no solution. Anyone know the problem?

Stupid question, have you tried a different mouse?

Restart explorer in task manager. CTRL ALT DEL Then task manager, Then end explorer then hit file run new task then type explorer. And check if its your mouse

Hmm...  Try rolling windows back using system restore?

already did that. it happened after i rolled back using system restore.
