I have nowhere to back up all 296 GB o,o

Pick what is important to you and go from there. Can you move the most important stuff to another PC or HDD at all?

No I have no other HDD, I just contacted my friend and he gave me access to his personal server so my files can be safe

Great, backup onto that and then run scans on the HDD to sus out the cause of the slow boot.

Can you get into windows install menu with installation DVD? You can do repair installation from there.
