Ryzen 1600 + Gigabyte Mobo USB Issues

Hey guys,

First post here, but a cry for help, ha! I'm having continuous and incredibly work-prohibiting issues with multiple USB ports on my new Ryzen System, and would like any suggestions possible to try fix this thing!

So recently I upgraded from an Intel 7600k Kaby Lake chip with an accompanying Gigabyte Z270 Motherboard. That system served me well, no issues. I've upgraded to a Ryzen 1600 with again a Gigabyte GA-B350-Gaming Motherboard. I DID wipe my OS and reinstall it, as had previously noted that that was necessary for a stable system (shot Hardware Canuks!). After re-installing Windows 10 Pro, with everything activated, I've installed all the drivers I can think of necessary including GeForce Experience and AMD's Ryzen Master. I have also updated the BIOS to the latest possible revision.

Now the issues I am getting involved about half of my USB ports not recognising devices AT ALL when plugged in, including some USB3 ports and all USB2 ports on my Motherboard Rear I/O, and both USB3 front I/O on my Phanteks P400 case. The USB ports will provide power with no issue, but will never detect a device. I have tried searching Gigabytes website (although many apps and drivers seem clunky or outdated). I have tried some different settings in the BIOS as well, to no success. I've even been into Power Management and tinkered with some settings revolving power to USB devices. I have validated that what I am plugging in always works on other devices, just never my own. To plug in an External Hard Drive I have to unplug 3 separate things just to get one USB port to work.

If anyone can help, then please do! If I have missed any other information you find neccesary for troubleshooting, don't we afraid to ask. I'm sure this could help someone else along the line too. Thanks guys.

If even the rear io isn't working, you might need to get a replacement. Since it's new, you're most likely within the warranty period.
