Specs, don't care, size, don't care. All i want is an android phone with a physical keyboard.

Now that's something I could get behind.  Be it a physical keyboard below the screen or a slide out keyboard like the old Nokias, I would love to have a physical keyboard on my phone again.  I still have my old Samsung Blackjack II (Windows Mobile 6.0....WOOHOO!), and the one thing I absolutely love about it is the physical keyboard.  Tactile feedback can never truly be replaced by a touchscreen.
