Keyboard: ducky one I | I SF

Mouse: gpro wireless | glorious model o2 wireless

Sound : beyerdynamic 1990 pro | Monoprice liquid spark (amp) + topping d10 (dac)

So where it asks me for the product key during installation what do I type

You don't need to use the key if you're reinstalling on the same computer. It activates automatically.

It sees the key automatically, so it wont even ask you for it.
