How are we supposed to know in which country you want to start your business. Prices are different in every country.

Luriks questions are very important to know before giving advice.

Both questions were answered in that post, he needs 900 USD PC's in India.

What kind of games would you look to play? Because if it's 'esports titles' (LoL, Dota, Overwatch, etc.) the GPU is not that important.

I would probably say go for Ryzen 1400 CPU's, 8GB of high speed memory, somewhere between GTX 1050 and GTX 1060 GPU's depending on your usage and just a basic 250GB SSD for fast boot times.

You could think of kitting out a few PC's with Ryzen 1600 CPU's and 16GB of RAM if you're looking for a few machines that could stream too.

You can upgrade the systems, don't forget. I'd go full budget and get something like a Ryzen 3 1200 and a 1050TI for each system.

Don't ask why but the 1600 is 5000 more than the 1600X and the 1050Ti and the 1060 6GB I picked out were near the same price.

Talk to your local IT store - don't ask here; this comes from previous experience kitting out a 180 PC gaming cafe in Melbourne.

The stores will know which has the most stock and is the cheapest deals for you.

Keep in mind, he's in India but he converted the price to USD to give us a better estimate. Most of the parts listed aren't available in India (at least through PCPP)

Great advice! He might even gate a rebate for ordering so many parts at once.

Not normally rebates however 'sponsorship' of sorts can be available, especially from companies like Steelseries though depending on the area manager and the size of the opportunity.

buy coffee lake CPUs and advertise that you have coffee lake.

Advertise that you have a cafe too and serve coffee. Give an offer of using a coffee lake PC and get free coffee.

Though if you want the best bang/buck, its ryzen. I recommend you have 2 types of PCs. 1) everyday PCs, 2) workhorse PCs for those that came or do certain kinds of work.

Ryzen CPUs will work well for both when on a budget. The difference is one will use a 4 core ryzen and the other an 8 core ryzen. You can charge different rates for them. If you can wait a little bit you can get ryzen APUs (not rebrand bulldozer APUs) to fill in the everyday PC segment.

The other is ram, 2x 4GB for everyday PCs, 2x8GB for the more powerful ones.

If you can wait a little more the APU would be good whereas 1060 6GB is decent but if you can afford the 1070 go for it.

In india with the state it is (honestly i wish indians would improve, where i am they do all sorts of terrible stuff in public) in, theres quite a lot of market, you should define your audience, do you want to serve multiple or a specific kind. You could go for all best bang for buck PCs that would be decent at many things or you can have PCs for everyday use and higher end PCs  to cater to those that need it (with difference in price per hour ofcourse!) picking so that your average PC is $800 while being able to offer 2 or 3 different tiers of PCs. You could also offer a couple of PCs to rent on the professional hardware level (dual xeons/epyc + quadro/AMD pro) assuming there is pro hardware demand in your area but a lack of ownership of such.

So you could just go with the same of many PCs or vary the specs to cater to different customers (at different prices ofcourse).

Check out if you can get some sort of bulk deal from manufacturers. Might help lower prices.

As for general requirements, make sure to get some nicer chairs, mood lighting, a bathroom ofc, maybe small bar for snacks, fast wifi...

Custom pinewood case, Corsair CX 600WRampage 3 Extreme, i7 980x (@4.2ghz) with ML240 Cooler MSI GTX 970, 24gb DDR3, 240gb OCZ Tr150 SSD + 2Tb Seagate Baracuda.

Advocate for used/older hardware. Also one of the resident petrol heads.

There was a gaming cafe near where I live.

They got got brand new GPUs and someone stole them. I suggest investing in a way to secure the PCs well and use high end antivirus.
