I saw 3.7 on all cores which is what I found weird

Xfr boosts up to 200 mhz over stock on all cores and further on two cores. You are getting standard performance out of your cpu with good cooling.

Recently built a amd computer I know nothing about overclocking so my computer is stock except for the xmp profile on the ram and I was benchmarking and noticed my cpu is running 3.7ghz instead of the stock 3.6ghz

Why? Did I win the silicon lottery?

My system

Cpu ryzen 1600x

Cooler Corsair h110i v2

Thermal compound noctua

Ram Corsair lpx 2667 8gb x2 16gb total

Motherboard ASRock ab350 pro 4

Bios latest at time of writing

GPU msi armory oc Rx 580 8gb

PSU evga supernova g2 750

Ssd Samsung 850 Evo 250gb

HDD 2.5 barracuda 2tb

HDD 3.5 barracuda 2tb & 3tb

Os win 10 64bit home

P.s this is not the most recent photo of my build as it still has a Rx 560 2gb

The turbo speed is 4 GHz iirc so it's possible you weren't loading all cores, meaning the ones you were using could boost up a bit.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

I'll run the tests when I get home and post screen shots of the results

Could be XFR as suggested above then...
