you can use PS Now, but it kinda sucks. 

 

there's also RPCS3 but it isn't finished like PCSX2.

How can you say that PS3 emulators are nonexistent when you link a video of a game running on one (RPCS3)? How can you automatically assume that one pirates when they're running an emulator? How can you provide a link to something, which you yourself call piracy, "breaking" a forum rule which you had to point out should not be broken?

really shitty emulator, that doesn't work half of the time or when it does native ps3 hardware will produce better results

i showed the link and stated it was a bad idea, i didn't encourage piracy.

With the crazy fast pace RPCS3 is making, maybe in 3-5 years. Uncharted 2 & 3 will probably be among the last games RPCS3 gets running well, because they really pushed the PS3's hardware like few other games.
