No, SLI is not enabled on NVidia's low end. The cheapest card with sli support is a gtx 1070.

No, there are no SLI fingers so you can't get SLI

There isn't a way to do it through the board that I know of.

Technically yes with dx12 (can't remember the name of the mode) but it is supported only on dx12 games and I haven't seen it working

Its just not worth it

Well you can't no matter how hard you try.SLI fingers don't exist on the 1050ti's and a Single 1060 will probaly be a much better soloution

The system is not well implemented yet and it most likely gives neglectful results, as much as someone might want it there really is not much to do.

Just because Civ 6 is DX12 doesn't mean this will work.

It has to be implemented in the game as well (afaik)

Why though? Civ 6 is CPU driven not GPU driven for all I know if paired with the right CPU you can run Civ off a 1050ti just fine with high settings 60fps

When there is no more reason to do so it kinda is, it makes no sense nowadays SLI low end cards, the returns makes no sense for the high costs, you should just get a 1070.

nVidia can't base it's market decisions off to please a few people wanting to do poor money management just for fun, SLI'ing 1050's never made sense thus why nobody bothered about it... with all due respect.

Fair point, although it is weird that you can't atleast do it on a 1060, ofc there's the "NVidia big bad corp" argument but idk

Imo sli should be available on just about any card so that down the line you can get extra juice with a second card which given specific situations (used, price drop, etc) would be cheaper than flat out upgrading. Though once again I guess that is pretty niche...
