I want a tempered glass case with no fans, and tempered glass all the way around (all,sides possible). Budget is $150-$250. Must be ATX and should be capable of holding at least a 240mm rad (preferably 360mm)

This is the only one I know of that has TG all around. There's a few that do 2 or 3 of the panels but many dont do the top panel from what I've seen.

why would you want it to be all tempered glass anyways when the back and top don't look attractive at all with all the cabling and stuff...

 

OP i'll say this, i built a PC for a friend in a corsair 460X which is tempered front and one side and it was an aweful case to work in, no room in the back, plastic 2 piece PSU shroud is also a piece of pure shit...looks pretty good though once finish but building in was a pain...i personally bought a phanteks P400S tempered glass for my machine and i love everything about it, very nice case.

X570 fixes those issues by having more space to work with btw.
