Does this happen in everything, including stuff like BF and Firestrike?

 

Go look in your bios, there might be an option to set the CPU frequency to fixed.

I just installed my new liquid cooled system for my cpu.    got worse scores in cinebench.   This is some messed up crap lol

only thing i can think of is power delivery.   Maybe i should change some loadline stuff?  my bios does not say what it is but it says mode 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 ect ect so its kinda hard to tell what im picking lol

I did use a core parking utility called cpu core parking that told me some of my cores were parked.     I set it to 100%.    is that something that might cause issues?

Possibly, though you were using high performance plan so they shouldn't have bee parked...

just reset bios and went for 2133.    Scores did not improve.  in fact it will score a little better then go back to bad scores and its all over the place it seems.            No the games are not carried over either.

i overclocked to 3.5 ghz and it fixed pretty much all the issues i had.    everything is running much faster and i guess it made it at a fixed ghz rating and now my ssd and ram are running at the right expectations.    all is good :P

Yea I just remembered that when you OC on Ryzen it stays at that frequency and doesn't downclock :P.

 

If you're interested in still having it downclock (to lower the electric bill and what not) you could try this guide out, though it's possible the same bug that was happening before might happen again :/
