Should I return the RX 480 Strix and buy the Sapphire RX 580?

If they refund it sure, if not I don't see why, the 480 and 580 are essentially the same card, it was just a refresh for who's buying new rather than upgrade path.

I bought Strix RX 480 8G and I sent it to service because it has juddering problem. I will wait for it to come or I buy Sapphire RX 580 nitro+. What should I do?

Just I'm confused because I compare the asus strix and sapphire. Maybe I'm a bit biased.

So you should RX 580?

If you can get it for the exact same price (or more), sure, free performance, but not worth paying any more for it. 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

if you can return it for a full refund and get a RX 580 for that money then do it

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
