Supposed to be 3Mb/s down, 1Mb/s up, and a ping of 50 or less.. It's usually worse than this with a ping in the 200 range, .02-.8Mb/s down, and .7-.9Mb/s up..

Any reason why it would be this bad?

My uploading speed is 0.123Mbps

MY downloading speed is 2.365Mbps.

 I have checked my internet speed from this site Scanmyspeed.com  . Is this good or bad?
