mobile handset or computer? but either way a VPN should work for some, I very much doubt that tey have all VPN servers IP addresses to block. Yoy might have to use a paid one though, such as tunnelbear, Private internet access or such. You can either use their apps or just make a VPN tunnel with the correct settings, and that's for both PC and mobiles.

try downloading the Opera Browser and using the built in Vpn under settings and then Privacy and security. I got that to work on two of my friend scomputeres and they go to different schools. I think they both had bluecoat blocking everything on the machines locally. 

 

Otherwise if you want to be real tricky maybe try running a layer of emulation though virtual box or whatever

back when I wa sin school what i would do was find the video I wanted to watch on youtube though google and then grab the link and downloading it using a program like freedvdsoft youtube downloader or something (I don't 100% trust that company)

if you're at school, you should be doing school work. not slacking off on youtube, there's a reason it and VPN sites are blocked
