hello im looking for great case fans that dont look ugly (cough* cough* Noctua cough* ). Great airflow and so on. no led necessary. SILENT is a priority.

I've heard good things about the arctic f12s, they're a bit more budget but still pretty good.

All fans are quiet when they spin at low rpm. If you want cheaper "Noctuas", try the Fractal Design Venturi fans

The Noctua redux fans are pretty cheap nowadays. I got my S12 PWM Redux for $14 on Amazon.

Minimum rpm varies and what's quiet depends on the listener. There are plenty of fans that have little annoying sounds that don't go away at low rpm.

No, the optimal fan changes depending what you're using it for.

Noctua has excellent fans but they're not the only ones around.
