This will be my first time with this type of lighting controller. Will post more information as I get it installed.

All right I shall look forward to that!

Most of the main hardware (except for the GPU) have been mounted. Now the daunting task of figuring out all of this wiring and how to manage it in the most efficient manner since the side panel is tempered glass.

Most of the cables shown are either data or control cables. The power cables (i.e. SATA, Molex, etc) aren't even in the picture.

I'm building in the exact same case right now and cable management is ... interesting in this one (especially since I have tw 3.5" drives in there as well) :P

Looking good though, excited to see the end result.

One nice thing about the Corsair Lighting Node Pro is that it has even more control over the RGB lighting than that provided by the HD Lighting Control included with the fans and case. Since the lighting hub now goes directly to the lighting node pro, there is no need for these two components of the HD Lighting Control.

Spent a few hours trying to do something with all of the typical wires that always end up behind the motherboard. Normally not too difficult a task when the side panel is solid, but with a glass side panel it becomes a major undertaking.

Still need to groom a few cables, but the majority are in place and tied down.

I did try and mount the radiator into the top but the width was too much. The radiator and fans were hitting the top of the Vengeance memory modules. If you have the half-height memory units then it may work, but the RGB versions are full-height.

The front area was the only place that it would work.

Are the fan control buttons on the top of the case not used anymore? As far as I know the corsair lightning node pro has to be controlled from the corsair linking software.

Yes, the top panel lighting control buttons are no longer necessary. The Corsair Lighting Node Pro does control all the lighting via the Link software.

Love the build! Yellow is definitely a unique choice; seems that most builds these days are either black or white with red or blue accents. I was definitely on the fence at first but the (mostly) finished product won me over.

Everything I know I learned from the internet. Also school.

Is there a possiblity of removing the buttons?

I am looking into the same sort of build as you (without the awesome mod ;)) but I think it is a bit meh if there are buttons without function on the case.

The case has now been to Dreamhack Austin in May and QuakeCon in August. It has received a great reception and many people enjoyed the simplicity and clean interior.

At QuakeCon 2017, a news photographer loved my build and put it an article for the Dallas Morning News.

Very nice man, the only thing for me is the tinted panels sort of defeat the point of painting the case, as it completely loses it's colour through them.

I loved how bright that yellow was. Also I assumed you'd set the fans to be yellow too? I hate rainbow effects but that's just me.

Great job never the less :)
