Hard Drive Turned Off When Pc On

Im just watching a movie online and my hdd just stopped making a noise, its done this a few times in the last month. I move my mouse again and it starts  back up. I dont think ive had any errors but it never used to do this. My os is on my ssd. Is this normal or should i be worried that my hard drive might be dying? thanks

It's probably your HDD going into power-saving mode. Don't worry about it.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Drives don't need to spin when they're doing nothing.
