What would you do if you had access to a time machine?

I would go back in time revisit my great grand parents and grand parents as well as my parents life. 

See how they become the person they are. How did they grew up, how their life changed them and shape their personality.  

 

My great grand father (from my dad's side) was a banker.  A rich one. My mom's father were born in a family that owns most of the lands in his 'city'. I want to see how generation after generation our family declined.

Interesting that no one mentioned going forward in time and see how themselves had become and what their life would be then.
