Presumably the Noctua fans are to replace the H100i stock fans. They are not strictly necessary.

I would also drop 2 of the 4 R2 fans. Leave the side vent closed to reduce noise. The two remaining fans can be mounted in the bottom and unoccupied front vent. A rear fan comes with the case and the H100i will occupy the top.

The H100i will only have a millimeter or two clearance from the top of the motherboard. With the 8-pin power socket at the top of the motherboard, things will be quite tight and tricky. Scroll down in this thread to see a very good picture of what I'm talking about.

You can save money and improve performance going with G.Skill DDR3-1600 memory.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Amazing! Would the mobo red/black theme be an issue with the multicolored lights?

I have the windowed versions of the define r4.

I want the quiet of the noctua fans but will leave them out to save cost.

I will drop 2 of the r2 fans.

WOW! The h100i tight. I want the cooling of it though. I will go with a more low profile asrock board to keep the h100i.

I have G.Skill Sniper Gaming Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory for $109.99

How is the asrock z87 extreme6 Mobo? It is cheaper and is mostly black to fit my theme. Looking at pcpartpicker they appear to have the same features.

How do the acer monitors you reccomend stack up with the asus?

Here is what I have. Will change it based on answers to these questions.

I saw the Sniper, it's a great deal. Just wasn't sure it would fit in with your colors.

Both ASRock Fatal1ty Z87 Professional and Z87 Extreme6 suffer from the same problem as the Sabertooth Z87 - power socket on top edge right beside a high heat sink.

The H80i vs H100i comparison here suggests only a 2.2C temperature differential.

If I do the 8pin first I can hide it under the h100i.

The sniper is mostly black with a red sticker so I can take it off.

It'll do the job but the z87 professional is a bit better.

The Acer monitors are on par with the Asus. They're just on sale.

Look back at what I recommended. Just switch to the Extreme 6 and EVGA 780 to match the color...

It's fine with any decent power management though.

As for the cooler, what was being cooled?

The clearance between the h100i and the mobo 8pin.

the pro is red/black. The extreme 6 is mostly black along with the evga gtx 780 is black. That way I have a black/white theme to go with my multicolored lights. I will go for the acer monitors.

What do you think?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a better camera for the price that is capable of shooting at least 720-30p video?

You might want to head over to the Photo/Video section for that. It isn't exactly a part of the system and you can likely get some in-depth help there.

The more I look, the more I can't decide. In your opinion should I get the define r4, the air 540, or the 500r?

Looks are subjective. Get whichever looks best to you.

I am asking for opinions, I like the look of them all; just in different ways.

I'd get the Define R4.

I have decided to spend a little more money to have a good looking build. I am going to buy sleeved psu extension cables in either whit or black. Which one do you guys think would look best? Also Should I get all black fans for the rear and bottom and move the back to the front for an all black theme? This boils down to all black or black with a little white theme? I am looking for other opinions. I will buy an nzxt hue for the case lighting.

Go for white. Black is overdone.
