Should I get Kaby Lake and Z270?

So anyways, by the end of this month I was planning to build a computer with a Z170 and I5 6600K but since the I5 7600K released today I was looking forward to buying it but I have a couple of questions in mind
How long will I have to wait to purchase it?

And how long will I have to wait for the Z270 to release and for the MSI M7 version and will the price difference be too great from it's predecessor?

And lastly is it really worth for me to wait "X" time on the new motherboard?

Ty beforehand <3

If you don want to wait get a skylake..

Prices should be like 10% more than skylake

True. But we need to have some self control, by the time Ryzen fully releases and there's a big amount of stock and everybody is able to buy one of their processors, some people will start saying "Oh we should now wait for cannonlake, it's less than a year away". The waiting game sometimes gets ridiculous.

I'd look for at the price difference between it and a Z170+6700k setup and decide from there. If they are with $10-$30 of each other, which they should be since the Z270 boards should be a bit more then Z170, go for a 6700k and Z170 if it around the same price.

There's no reason to think you won't be able to  buy it right away.  Speculated launch date is 17th of January,  which is two weeks away.  And we'll get more info this week at CES

Plus,  even if it's not available, prices will probably go down on the i5 when ryzen releases
