Lost ebay fight, 6800k not new.

So i bought a 6800k on ebay the hole story is here:

Now i lost i what can i do, i realy want that money back.

The cpu holder has a code on it H93639-001 in my case and the booklet also has a code H95402-001 in my case.

Dont they need to be the same

Im from Belgium, so i need to call ebay in canada, thats gona expensive.
And after 45 min they just seth "The seller is right, you are not"  he didnt even need to show proof i did one week long so yeah...

Email their support again because that's bullshit. Ask why they're siding with the seller when this is the product that you received from the seller.

Point out that there is no serial code on the invoice (unless you found it somehwere). And that the number on the CPU heatspreader isn't a unique serial number. And that clearly there must have been a mistake since this is the CPU that arrived in the package (which also isn't an OEM package).

did the seller claim to have tested them beforehand? 

For instance a paintball store I worked at tests every new gun before putting them up on the rack for sale to make sure they work. 

I'm unsure though if it actually is new or not. Often times retailers take returns and still mark as new.
