I'm unsure though if it actually is new or not. Often times retailers take returns and still mark as new.

The cpu holder has a code on it H93639-001 in my case and the booklet also has a code H95402-001 in my case.

Dont they need to be the same

You can also try and get ur money back through PayPal if you used it..give him a bad review for sure and I'd try again.. rarely do people lose on ebay.

Well i didnt use paypal, i used visa. ebay seth that it still goes true paypal tho.

 

And the review, is BULLSHIT. 

Everyone who opens a case with ebay, because they want to return or the item is broken or somthing.

Than you cant review  anymore.

If you try they take it down in a minute and they say tis " We also received the feedback you left for the transaction, but it's been removed from the seller's feedback profile because of a recent decision on the eBay Buyer Protection case. "
