Inserting a picture is not a way of tagging him.  You can not get notified because part of your profile on LTT been screenshotted and cropped to the post

There were far more frequent warnings and moderation earlier on I think either the forums have gotten too big or moderation for whatever reason decided to ease up a little bit.

 

I honestly feel the tone of the forums is fine as it is right now: it's not too chaotic or rude but also not unreadable like /b/ it's has the right amount of shit-posting.
