Are these cheap laptop keys legit?

Hi All,
So I am looking at upgrading my laptops windows license from Home to Pro and was wondering if some of these sites where they are really cheap are legit?

 

Has anyone here purchased from them?

Bitlocker mainly, plus Hyper V as I use it for my VM systems which are on VHD currently
