i know. my pc shuts down if i put them any faster. i've done a bit of reading up today and i've found out that even though they are only 145w tdp they have huge power spikes where they can consume over 220w. i have lowered my cpu clock to 4.4 to try and get more gpu power but it still clicks and then reboots if i try and give them more voltage. i'm seeing what they can do in firestrike now.

I still have an extra 630W Rosewill Green Series PSU that works will unfortunate only support one of those cards with the PCI-E Power Cables.

i know. looking at other peoples score the main thing letting me down is the memory speed. your 770's being at 1300/200+ are like a 970 being at 1600/2000+ % wise. i think the 900 series will get a decent boost from driver updates as well.

True, take a look here and see why you might need a modded BIOS to get your cards to have a little extra pep in there step.

I would say above 70 is good mine are 79 and 89.4

Video card bios flashing is scary shit even when you have two bios' I don't blame you for not wanting to but those cards look so nice I wish I had the cash to go out and grab a pair hoping this summer to get a new video card or two.

Eh its not that scary, I do it daily with my 770's never worries me.

after doing a bit of reading up on it i think i might have to practice on my 7970 which i have brought back from the dead as it has 2 bios!

if intel HD graphics is good for anything, its great for helping to re-flash bricked cards.

I've got 2 cards and 2 back up cards a GT 610 and a HD 6950(Unlocked to a 6970 and 1.4V unlocked) plus I make all my BIOS's for my cards my self.

So i got my 760 with a G3258 and this is what happens when i run Valley.....

 

Crazy stuttering when Valley is running, you can see on Afterburner.

 

This is stock clocks, only thing OC is the cpu
