:c Valley Basic doesn't load my GPU's enough in SLI for them to start boosting 

But anyways here is the updated Basic Score:

No Boost/TDP(Currently at 300W)/1.212 Voltage Stock

The No Boost was the hardest to do since I had to set the boost and default clock speeds to be the same.

But the biggest thing that affects Overclocking is the TDP, since it will stop the card from downclocking cause it hits the power limit for it.

regarding windows 8 giving worse scores: is it possible that DirectX 11.2 features (not available in windows 7) adds additional overhead? I'm not sure anyone can decisively answer that aside from a Microsoftware engineer, but it begs the question all the same. And I'm not even sure valley takes advantage of 11.2 features either.

Valley doesn't take advantage of any DX 11.2 feature so its a OS kernel issue at this point I would look at benchmarking Valley on a fresh install of 7 and 8.1 and see if its truly related to the OS or a DX11 deal.

lol He has AB open and monitoring his GPU's so it reads 4001mhz for memory just divide that by 2 and there is the memory clock speed  ;) I had to do that my self.
