I have a question. Are the heat sinks of that RAM too high for that cooler?

Max cpu cooler height of the 4000D airflow is 170mm and the PA120SE is 155 so you could probs raise the fan by a few mm. But if the rgb is gonna be covered by a fan you're not gonna see it so just get non rgb ram

7800 XT is what I'd get, 7500F for cpu as well if you don't need and iGPU and you can get it
