Plenty enough. You may even be able to downgrade the SSD to 250GB and then just get another 1tb hdd.

yea that'll be fine. by the time you'll run out of storage you can buy another 1gb hdd anyways.

SSD is good, HDD may be a bit small.

I am a digital pack rat and have all my steam games (100+) on my HDD. That said I have about 1.5tb of data on a 2tb drive.

Are you planning to put your steam library on the SSD or mechanical hard drive? Either way I think your current setup would be adequate.

Store your game installation file in HDD. 1Tb is not enough trust me.

Just dont buy SSHD for storage.

And store your favorite game in SSD for a better performance and loading times.

I second the first part, and the third part if the SSD is larger than 250GB.

He did have 500gb ssd.

I know, but I felt that I should specify that I only agree if the SSD is larger than a certain capacity.

That is depends on how many favorite games u have.

Whether its CS GO or DOTA 2 or LOL or Rocket League.

I could be wrong but u wont install 4 favorite games and actually play them all at the same day right?

Unnecessary moving, downloading, and deleting is a hassle though.

I am not sure if that is unnecessary.

It'd just be faster to load off of a 7200RPM HDD. It's typically a few seconds of difference anyways.

                                                                       WRONG. RIGHT

File managing to play a game off of an SSD EVERY SINGLE TIME, it's faster to just load off of the SSD.

250GB is not a lot of space in today's world.

yeah you'll be fine. if you plan on messing about with virtual machines get a 2TB HDD. they're relatively cheap. if you plan on downloading 3 billion copies of gta v (or games like that) get a 2tb hdd.

tldr: if you want vms or never delete stuff, get a 2tb hard drive later on. otherwise you're fine

bregsit

Some of these newer games are like 60+ GB. . .  1 TB is not enough for me.  I even have a small 250gb SSD for games I play the most.
