Still broken LeMaker Cello board restarts production

A while back, around March of 2016. LeMaker has revealed a developer board, called Cello. It's powered by a AMD Opteron A1120, quad core ARM Cortex A57 SoC, running at 1.7GHz, with 2MB L2 and 8MB L3 cache. Dual DDR3 SO-DIMMs, 2x SATA 6Gb/s, a pair of USB 3s, micro USB, micro SD slot, and a single PCIe x16. Dimension of the board sits somewhere between a standard ITX and nano ITX. One problem with the board is, the PCIe x16 slot does not work. Both LeMaker and AMD tried to solve the problem, half year later, they still can't get it to work. But LeMaker has decided to restart production of these boards, even though it still has a communication issue between the processor and PCIe x16 slot. Those who don't mind, can pre-order it for $299 dollars and because PCIe x16 slot isn't working, users will get a free heatsink and fan. The PCIe x16 problem, hopefully will be fixed with a firmware sometime in the future.

its not going to get fixxed. if they couldn't in half a year then they might as well give up now. unless they have been sitting on their hands until now it looks like LeMaker is just trying to get its R&D money back.

if AMD coldnt fix the issue it sounds like a hard ware issue
