well even Be quiet! Dark Rock 3 (no Pro) is 2 times more expensive than CM 212X..

Feels bad man, in that case just go with the 212x, it seems to be your best option in your country.

maybe change the case to black and white? to make it sort of a a white andd blackish theme, my personal opinion

Since you did link the Scythe Kotetsu means it's in the price range you're willing to pay, I'd get that.

The mounting mechanism is much much easier than the stupid CM 212 family and it cools better.

Scythe Kotetsu is actually cheaper than 212X :D

Ad the CPU cooler:

 

I can get something like NZXT Kraken 31/41, Corsair H60 or Enermax Liqmax II for similar price (if I include saved money for buying one less case fan)

 

But from what I've seen it's not actually worth it, wha do you think?

Any 120mm/140mm AIO is not worth it.

You can go for 240mm AIO but the S340 only have front rad mount.

I'd just go for air at this point, less hassle.

and probably one last point as I'm getting everything

 

Do you think it would be worth getting 650W/750W PSU? It's not much more expensive.. and 650W and 750W cost the same
