I have had a few cows....They are now in the freezer!!

 

We have like 30-40 sheep 4 cats 5 dogs like 40 chickens...And have had a few pigs :)

I grew up in a very rural area of Florida so I've seen cows up close.  Trust me your not missing out on anything.  Nowadays, since I've moved on from rural areas (and am never going back) I see the only part of cows I care for in the meat section in Publix.

canada+texas......I'd move there in a heartbeat, guns, snow in winter, ncix (hey), LOADS of space (im applying the lots of land=cheap land prices mentality), big houses.

sure beats the pointy stick ban, grey days (occasional sun, occasional drizzle), expensive prices for any building and anything you buy that we have here in england....

fwiw I have seen loads of cows (up close too, big snotty noses, smell of c**p-not cool) but then again I live in devon...

the closet freeway from my house has a bunch of trucks passing by full of cows taking them to the local slaughterhouse

This was on my PSAT today.....there was a passage about how people never really see farm animals up and close anymore. I completely lied about my thoughts (mainly because i thought 'who cares?') but i think this is a hilarious coincidence :P

Seems how I've lived on a ranch, and its part of a lifestyle not a sight then yes I guess I've seen them. I guess coming from Montana which is the 3rd biggest state with just now 1 mill people I see cow's a lot more then I see people. Sometimes its nice others it's not.
