Would this keep my CPU cool?

I made someone a build and I am wondering if all the fans I put in it will make a difference in cooling. I know after a few fans it's not really worth it, but I made this: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/sGNxHN

 

12x 120MM Fans

No. 2 intake and 1 exhaust is all you need

Diminishing returns. 2 in front 1 in back and maybe 1 up top

Build isn't balanced, the fans will sound like a constant wind tunnel.

You need to do a ton of research on the parts you chose and look at some more balanced build, take the money you'd spend on those fans and get an AIO cooler. The GPU isn't up to par with that CPU plus you have a H110m board with a 6600K. Not to mention 240GB isn't enough storage, 500GB SSD or just deal with the speed of a HDD unless you already have a spare one laying around.

If you are serious...

 

You don't benefit from those fans. Best option is to change GPU to 2 fan open-air style cooler and having 2 side intakes. Then have 2 top exhausts over it, 2 intakes at front, single rear exhaust. If you want to fill it with fans.Or 2 side intakes, 2 front intakes, flip CPU cooler to exhaust towards other side and add 2 exhaust there. Or have 3 total fans, 2 intake and 1 exhaust at rear. But 13 fans is overkill. I would probably use 3 intake and 2 exhaust.
