How to download a youtube playlist in mp3. and any reason why all the search results are viruses?

Simple reason for that: it's illegal.

 

Youtube does NOT allow their video's being downloaded, that's why there are 0 apps in the play store capable of that.

 

In their TOS it says you are only allowed to watch their video's through their video player, so in the browser or the youtube app.

So that means you aren't allowed to download them and watch them offline.

That's called pirating and if the artist allows free use they provide a download link

Also I heard there was a specific law allowing recording things off the radio for home use.  I forget the exact law though.  I don't see why that couldn't be applied to modern technology? (Or are laws so narrowly focused that there have to be specific laws for specific situations?)

This, just like hackintosh, is not something we want to be involved in because, legal or not, it violates the company's ToS (Apple, Google, etc.) and so we treat it like piracy.
