Driving exam (last time hopefully) question

So out of the 3 test, you had him twice and another time with someone else? Are examiners assigned to a specific student over there or do they just randomly pick the student they want to test. Like right here, during the road test, the examiner comes up and go to which ever student that's next in line. Forget about passing, just hope your 4th examiner is nicer than your previous ones.

It is totally random yeah and i dont think there are more than 10 examinators on the whole island available at a time so yeah :/. You bet -.- im hoping its someone else.
