There are slight differences in brightness and color gamut in favor of the white model. But it seems they're using entirely different display panels and without 3rd party reviews on the matter we can't really say which is better.

 

And for these two specific models I can't find a reputable reviewer who had both to make a detailed comparison.

 

So based on the current information we can't really say.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
