Minimum budget for LoL on ultra and BF3 Med

ilove64

Hi! I'm new here and I would love to build 2 PCs...

One for my Bro and one for me. I would love mine being able to run BF3 on mid settings 60fps at the LOWEST budget possible.

And one for my bro that should be able to play League Of Legends in  Ultra settings while recording at 1080p at 60fps for youtube, again, for theLOWEST budget possible to accomplish those goals.

Thank you very much, I have much to learn :)

No OS/Peripherals needed Thanks again!

We don't work with lowest possible 'round here boy.

We need max possible and preference numbers.

that being said your best option is probably an A10 with a Hyper 212 on an mATX board with 8gb of 1600 RAM. 1 TB mechanical and some whatever-you-want case.

Pcpartpicker.com

Build something around that and go nuts on there, submit what you think you want and we can revise that.

Also for future reference, this goes in build planning, not build logs.

If you're going the APU route faster RAM speeds will help with performance.

this is true, but I was going for sheer price value.

I guess I could clarify; cheapest 2x4 RAM set of 8gb 1600+

Error: 410

We don't know what your lowest amount is because everyone's is different. Your lowest could be someone's highest budget. As you will find out we like numbers because we can work with them.

1. Wrong Section

2. Ratings on posts are for long posts, not short ones.

3. We use max numbers here, not lowest.

Try to go for a 760 or a 7950 GPU wise.

An FX-6300 could do the job and a SSHD by Seagate should be good choices

Well, sorry about the section,

And when I said lowest I meant the lowest you could think of that would do that job.

I've heard maxing LoL isn't hard... won't that be like 350$ budget?

Please post build if possible xD saying i5 or whatever is hard for me because i dont know much, thanks anyways everyone!

You really should provide a budget and what country you are from. It makes it easier for us.

Oh cool, cheaper then i thought, that 460$ build for BF3 can handle BF3 good? at mid settings with 60fps? That's incredible, thanks

~80 fps on medium. It's best if you can oc the gpu and cpu a bit for more performance.

Does overclocking make a 'big' difference? ty

~20% more performance for the gpu with a good oc.

You want to play @ 60fps and record @60fps? Youtube only does 29.97fps. My 7770 plays LoL at ultra fine 60+ fps, not sure about recording though. For recording BF3 i would go 7850 or 7870. Definitely an FX 6300 for the cpu, very good value and six cores will help with recording, editing, etc.
