Reference designs have been released in small numbers, however if you aren't looking to pay extra due to insane demand then I would wait for about a month.

I tried ordering one at sona but it kept derping and messing up.
Some shops have an ETA, ocuk for example has one of 12 august.

There are a few norwegian and swedish shops that will get stock in the next 2 weeks but they don't ship international sadly.
