Is there any reason to buy an Xbox 360 on sale if I am a PC gamer 95% of the time?

I already own a PS3 for GTA5, Heavy Rain, and Read Dead. I'm thinking of buying a 360 once the Xbone is released if there is a price drop. It looks like they're $180 at WalMart right now. I've never played much Halo, but I did enjoy it when I played at a family members house a while back. Do you think there will be a significant price drop (maybe to ~$120)?

That depends on if you think whatever the xbox is on sale for is equal to how much you value the console experience.

I am a pc gamer but still own consoles...I mostly get exclusives for the console or family friendly games on console. Ever think about getting a used console? It's already in your budget. game on gamer!

Do you think I should buy on Black Friday or wait til more near Christmas? I don't really need it, It would just be nice to have something for exclusives/cousins could play it on Thanksgiving when there is nothing else to do.

Black friday would be my guess, at any rate the longer you wait the cheaper it will get. Im not sure whether black friday causes sales to used times as well. Btw awesome gif, i thought it was slick for a second.

It definitely has its gems although its primarily a shooter focused console. If you like more of the RPG or story driven game I would point you to the ps3 as that has great narrative driven games and more tradition style RPGs

I'm interested in the Halo, Gears of War, and Forza series and some indie exclusives mostly. If I can buy it on PC, I won't even think about getting it on console. I also might pick up Read Dead on Xbox because from what I am told, Xbox is the better console for Rockstar games.

just comes down to whether you wanna play them a lot or not. If you want to play those games then get an xbox, nothing wrong with having fun. Life is short :D
