That is strange.  is there a memory compatibility list for that board and do you have to have a specific bios to run ecc ?

Its just an e6300 with more cache.  I have all the 775 cpus but I got into 3d a bit so going through them all has slowed down

There's a small list where I only see 1 ECC model (different capacities though) tested and ECC is on all BIOS versions

So ran Cinebench again today, haven't changed a thing and it jumped up 20 cp and has stayed around there through repeated tries.

Go into Task Manager/Details and Set Priority to Realtime.  Rerun and watch your score increase again.  :D

 

The rendering on your screen will freeze while the test is running.

if you can see the cinebench window on screen then its in the wrong place, the best way it to open advanced benchmark and tick only cpu and then put the window right in the corner then to run it you go on file then run all selected tests :P you can see when its done, but you can guess or leave it a min.
