It's at 3.2 Ghz, and your 4790K is at 4.6. Also it's Sandy Bridge vs Haswell.

CPU score is probably normal but a nicer board might yeild nicer results at stock speeds.

@TheLhent Why is there such a huge performance difference? I have to mount my 212 Evo, and then I can increase voltages. Man does this chip run hot!

Man, i have no ideia, but my guess is if your chip run hot, your turbo in the test, not reached the 3.8 ghz. Try to mount the 212 Evo, and if I can help I'll be happy

A cm evo 212 is not that great of a cooler anyways.

A 212 Evo on a 3930k is gonna be a baaaddddd time. You really want this under say a D15 or a H110 or something similar.

A 212 Evo on a 3930k is gonna be a baaaddddd time. You really want this under say a D15 or a H110 or something similar.

 

 

A cm evo 212 is not that great of a cooler anyways.

One of the most CPU Biased benchmarks and my P8600 helped me get 3rd place I think i could get 1st when I get the QX9300 and ordered a few more GPU's to test and OC in this lappy
