LG PF1000U Ultra Short Throw Projector Giveaway

If you turn it vertically? Does it act like a popcorn machine? 11/10 would buy 2 (to make popcorn and watch movies so the fun doesn't stop)

it looks like a nice concept but for the money $1400 I would expect a higher resolution

Pretty excellent piece of tech. Love the near and far features. Mobility is a key feature for today...can think of a lot of uses for this.

Recently installed a projector in my mancave, a mere 15 feet away from the wall to get a 135 inch picture.

Considering thats also about 12 feet away from my consoles and computer thats a fair amount of cables too.

Can you mount this upside down (ceiling mount)?

This looks amazing, it's basically a huge portable TV! I've been looking into getting a projector for awhile but am never sure on the quality of the image, but from what I've seen PF1000U works great!

Seemed interesting... but if you were just going to play Android games on it, why not just hook an Android device up using a MHL cable to the HDMI of the projector and shave weight off the setup?
