Looking for a windowed case with no vent on top

I'm looking for a windowed ATX mid-tower case with no vent on top (they seem really hard to find for some reason). If the case has noise dampening material on the inside that would be amazing too :D.

 

I had my eyes on Corsair's SPEC-02 but unfortunately it has a watercooling vent on the top :(.

you have nearly zero chance of getting one. although i would recommend the NZXT S340 it have a single 120mm fan on the top i think.

h440 kinda does ...I mean it does but its off to the side leaving the actual top clean.

My H440 only has side vents that count? And the R5 has vents optional.

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

Dust getting inside and noise from all the fans :(. I sit close to my desktop so noise is quite an issue. Even my home server with literally the same amount of rotational devices (2 hard drives, 4 fans) is quieter than my desktop

That looks really neat :o

Just run your fans at low RPM's and make sure they're configure for positive static air pressure.

I also bought a silverstone acoustic foam pack for $20 and layered the entire inside with it :)

very quiet case

the way the front panel is designed is excellent

90% of noise is only coming out the back of the case with the open vents

At the moment all the fans in the case are running at slightly different speeds because of only 2 fan headers on the mobo (1 intake and 1 exhaust is running sub-1000rpm though). I'm saving up for those arctic-pst fans so all the fans can run at the same speed :D

I have a Fractal R5. Love it. And as stated with the Define S, just leave the ModuVents closed and you're fine. I, too, dislike vents on the top.

Get the Define R5 for better silence with the top closed.

Define S is kind of the same but Fractal Design is pushing the R5 as the world's quietest case but not the Define S. imho it doesn't matter.

Despite being a silent case, it has plenty of airflow, even more than most big full towers. Fan mounts: 2x in front, 2x bottom, 1x side (non-windowed), 1x rear, 3x top (which you said you won't use)
