If its a computer with a  32bit CPU etc, then you cannot run 64bit windows, and drivers and applications will not work

all modern PCs are 64bit - anything Core2Duo/Athlon 64 and newer is 64bit

Nothing

It's impossible.

In a best-case scenario the installer of the operating system will inform you that the CPU is not 64 bit capable.

Apart from that... in a UEFI scenario the operating system would most likely not boot at all nothing. Just the BIOS telling you no bootable device has been found, in an MBR scenario the bootloader might work, the kernel might partly load but then panic due to the CPU not being 64-bit capable. Most likely the kernel isn't even gonna load and nothing happens. Literally nothing.

Pretty sure when you tried to install the 64 bit OS it tells you you have a 32 bit system.

ok so im going to make a 32 bit and 64 bit iso for my grandmas laptop. i have no idea what it uses lol

Can you get your grandma to run a program called speccy or similar? that will tell you what the cpu and motherboard is and you can look it up to see if they are 64 bit capable.

It won't work, it won't boot from your disk, or USB flash drive (or show an error).

The reason is that:

Everything in the Windows 64-bit install (beside the compressed 32-bit Windows files for 32-bit compatibility of software) in terms of instructions are 64-bit long.

Your CPU can only take 32-bit long instructions, so it will miss data to know what to do.

Imagine if you have a horrible memory, and dumb like a PC, and you can only read English words no longer than 3 characters.

So "The", you get, but "Hello", you'll read: "Hel" which instead a word, and then "lo" is also not a word.

Laptop model and google will help in this. Also any stickers on it. But if its still working, its 64bit compatible.
