Is this fan have PWM function?

Hello everyone, I am planning on buying a case fan that has a PWM control, And the only 120mm case fan available in our local store is "Cougar Vortex HDB 12CM Fan". So I searched it in Cougars website(http://cougargaming.com/products/fans/vortex_hdb.html) to know the specs of this fan, but it seems like they didn't put if this fan supports PWM control. If someone who have this fan or know if it has PWM control or not please let me know. Thanks!

It does not. 3 pin connector. Any particular reason you want PWM on a case fan?

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

It is because my motherboard supports 4-pin connector(pwm) and I can change the speed(rpm) of the fan based on the motherboards temperature. But anyways, Is this a good fan? Which do you prefer, this(http://cougargaming.com/products/fans/vortex_hdb_fan/) or the Cougar Dual-X 120mm Fan(http://cougargaming.com/products/fans/cfd_red_led_fan/)?

Depending on the motherboard you can control 3 pin fans via DC voltage control by configuring the headers on the motherboard.

But which is better? The CF-V12H(http://cougargaming.com/products/fans/vortex_hdb_fan/) or the CF-D12HB-R(http://cougargaming.com/products/fans/cfd_red_led_fan/)?

Why? Can you tell me the difference between the two?

The Vortex is easily quieter and not prone to resonating like the Dual-X.

Oh, what is the difference between Hydraulic Bearing and Hydro Dynamic Bearing? Are they different?

HDB's are good. The Dual X's HB is non-descriptive and doesn't refer to anything specific.
